Instructions for Participants

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEALTH CONF 2026 PARTICIPANTS

For All Participants

• Participants need to go to the Registration Desk at the conference venue and collect your Conference Bag with package and other materials. If you have to pay the balance amount of the registration fee or if you need to pay for the post conference tour, you can make the payments to the registration desk as well.
• Once you finish with your presentation you will be able to collect your certificate from the Registration Desk.
• The finalized programme will be ready and updated on the Conference website by 10 days before the Conference.

For Oral Presenters

• Delegates need to Handover the Presentation to the Technical team of the conference 1 hour before your presentation and If possible please send the Presentation as per the deadline in the Key Dates.
• Presenters need to be at the Conference hall where your presentation is scheduled 15 minutes prior to the first presentation in that session and make yourself known to the session Chair.
• You will get 12 minutes (15 minutes for the Plenaries). The Q&A session should not exceed 3 minutes (5 minutes for the Plenaries).
• Any matter presented must be in a simple, legible font with a minimum font size of 14.
• All references must be mentioned in the PowerPoint either as footnotes or in a separate slide.
• The recommended software to be used is Microsoft PowerPoint.

For Poster Presenters

• Delegates can use portrait or vertical orientation and Maximum Size of the poster should be 3(ft) x 2(ft).
• The poster shall be readable from a distance of 2-3 meters. Lettering should be at least 8mm high and that the graphs and diagrams should be drawn with a minimum line width of 1 mm.
• In the poster please try to avoid abbreviations, acronyms, and jargon. Use high resolution graphics
• Your poster should include the Abstract ID number
• Please hand over your poster to one of our organizing committee members on the 1^st Day of the conference.
