The oral session contains individual or Group presenters presentations at the International Public Health Conference 2026 (Health Conf 2026).

📋 Guidelines for Paper Presentations via PowerPoint Slides

  • Any material presented must be in a simple, legible font with a minimum font size of 14.
  • All references must be mentioned in the PowerPoint either as footnotes or in a separate slide.
  • The time allotted for each presentation is 15 minutes (13 Minutes Presentation & 2 Minutes Q&A)
  • The recommended software to be used is Microsoft PowerPoint.

Plenary Presentations

Plenary Presentations are interactive skilled based discussion. For plenary speech the organizing committee allocates 30 minutes for the presentation.

Poster Presentations

A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research.

📐 Guidelines for Poster Presentations

  • The display board for each poster should be 90 cm (3') high and 60 cm (2') wide.
  • Your poster should include Abstract ID number
  • Your posters should be handed over to the assigned organizing committee member on the Day 01 of the conference.

Virtual Presentations

If you are unable to attend the International Public Health Conference 2026 (Health Conf 2026) but still wish to have your paper published in the conference proceedings, you can register under virtual presentations.

📝 Virtual Presentation Requirements

  • The delegate need to submit their abstract/proposal or full paper to the conference before the abstract submission deadline.
  • After the conference you will receive a copy of the conference program, certificate of presentation, and the book of abstracts along with the conference pack.
