Delegates who wish to submit their abstracts for the Public Heath Conference (Health Conf 2025) are kindly requested to download the Abstract Submission template from below and send it to abstract@publichealthconferences.co 

Abstract Submission Process

In order to present at the Public Health conference, your abstract must first pass a double blind peer review. Upon payment of registration fees, your presentation will be confirmed.

Late submissions will be considered depending on seat availability, the authors will be notified as soon as the review is completed.

Results of abstract reviews returned to authors:
Usually within two weeks of submission

Early Bird registration for all presenters:
26th January 2025

Submit your abstract of no more than 300 words, choosing from the presentation formats listed below (Individual, Poster or Virtual).

Reviewer Guidelines

Public Health Conference (Health Conf 2025) peer review process, which involves the use of Review Committees, is overseen by conference Organizing Committee members. The majority of reviewers are established academics who hold PhDs or other terminal degrees in their fields,

Peer Review Process

The 4th International Conference on Public Health 2025 operates a system of double-blind peer review. A submitted abstract is assessed by at least two reviewers.

All abstracts will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance and originality.

When abstracts are submitted to the Public Health Conference (Health Conf 2025), the organizing committee will share the abstracts with the scientific committee through the reviewing process. Each reviewer is asked to read the abstract and grade it on a scale of 1 to 5 via the system. The five assessment categories as follows:

5 – Excellent
4 – Good
3 – Average
2 – Poor or Borderline Acceptable
1 – Very Poor

Acceptance or Rejection

Authors are usually informed of acceptance or rejection within two abstract submission. Accepted authors will receive an email notifying them of the results, as well as an official letter of acceptance as a PDF.
